About the Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting client onboarding, verifying documentation, registering international transfers, assisting with domestic payments (PIX/TED), and serving clients across multiple channels. Your role will be critical to ensuring efficiency, organization, and customer focus throughout our operations.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding: receive and verify documentation, register data in partner platforms, and maintain organized records.
- Analyze basic client and transaction risk, forwarding complex cases for internal evaluation.
- Register international transfers with FX providers and monitor approval flows.
- Support domestic payments (PIX/TED), checking limits and escalating approvals when necessary.
- Assist clients via chat, email, and phone; categorize questions/complaints/feedback and transform insights into product improvements.
- Request and follow up on pending client and transaction documentation.
- Support the sales team by directing structured operations for negotiation.
- Contribute to setting up the office and administrative routines with service providers.
- Document processes, create checklists, and help continuously improve our operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related fields.
- Some professional experience (internship, trainee, CLT, or contractor) and customer service exposure.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Proactivity to learn quickly, operate autonomously, and ask for help when needed.
- Comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and CRM/support tools.
- Willingness to grow with the company and participate in building processes from scratch.
- Basic English for reading and communication.
